fo999 Responsible Gaming — Enjoyment and Safety Together
fo999 believes that entertainment is truly enjoyable only when it stays within safe limits. We place the wellbeing of every player as our highest priority.
Core Principles of Responsible Gaming
Responsible gaming at fo999 means more than following rules — it is a way of life. We want every player to participate in gaming consciously and with enjoyment.
Informed Gaming
Set your budget and time limits before you play. At fo999 we provide the information and tools you need to make informed decisions.
Play for Entertainment
Online gaming is a leisure activity — not a source of income. Responsible gaming means not repeatedly chasing losses and viewing wins as a bonus.
Respect Time Limits
Playing for long stretches puts a strain on the mind. Take regular breaks, spend time with family, and enjoy other areas of life beyond gaming.
Set a Budget
Only spend money that, if lost, will not affect your daily life. Never play with money meant for rent, food, or your children's education.
Keep Yourself Protected
Use the self-exclusion, deposit limit and time-out features provided by fo999. These tools were created for your own benefit.
Seek Help
If something feels wrong, do not try to face it alone. fo999's 24/7 Bangla support team is always by your side — reach out without hesitation.
Signs of Problem Gambling
If gaming becomes a source of stress rather than enjoyment, it is a sign it may be turning into a problem. If you notice the following signs in yourself, take action promptly.
Remember: acknowledging a problem is the first step toward solving it. fo999 always values your wellbeing above any bet or win.
You feel compelled to keep playing to recover lost money and keep thinking "just a little more."
You are spending more than your planned budget and cannot stop.
You feel restless, irritable or anxious when you stop gaming.
You cannot stay away from gaming even when you think of family, friends or work.
You are taking on debt or borrowing money from others to fund gaming.
Gaming is disrupting your sleep, eating or daily routine.
fo999 Protection Tools
We provide you with a number of effective tools to help you stay in control of your gaming experience.
Deposit Limit
Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Once this limit is reached, no further deposits will be accepted.
Session Time-Out
Set up automatic log-out from your account after a set period of time. This prevents long unbroken gaming sessions.
Temporary Break
Temporarily close your account for any period from 24 hours to 6 weeks and take a break.
Self-Exclusion
Choose long-term self-exclusion — from 6 months up to permanent. During this time the account cannot be opened under any circumstances.
How do you activate these tools?
Log in to your fo999 account, go to Account Settings and find the "Responsible Gaming" section. From there you can set any limit or exclusion directly. For any issues, contact us via live chat.

- Set a clear budget before you play and stick to it strictly.
- Take at least a 15-minute break after every hour of play.
- Never play while drinking alcohol or when you are under emotional stress.
- Plan for entertainment, not for winning — outcomes are always uncertain.
- Talk openly with your family about your gaming habits.
- Keep track of your gaming spending each month and lower your limit if needed.
- When in doubt, take a break — that is not weakness, it takes courage.
Important Information About Gaming
Having a clear understanding of online gaming helps you make more informed decisions.
What is the House Edge?

Can gaming become addictive?
Yes, for some people gaming can develop into an addiction. It is a health issue and can be resolved with professional help.
What does RTP mean?
RTP (Return to Player) is the general rate at which a slot or game returns money to players over the long term — it is not a guarantee for any individual session.
