1General Terms

fo999 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between fo999 and its users.

These terms are written in English and apply to all registered users in Bangladesh. You must read these terms in full before using any service on the platform.

1.1 Definitions

The key terms used in this document are defined as follows:

• "Platform" refers to the fo999 website, applications and all related services.
• "User" refers to any registered or unregistered person who accesses the platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile created through registration.
• "Bet" refers to participation in any game or sports event by placing money.

These terms take effect from the moment you first access the fo999 platform. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. This agreement is automatically binding through any contact or transaction you have with us.

2Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account and enjoy gaming services on the fo999 platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. The "21+ only" policy is strictly enforced. We may request a valid ID at any time to verify your age.

2.2 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited, and fo999 reserves the right to close all such accounts if discovered.

• Correct name, date of birth and contact details must be provided.
• An active mobile number or email address is required.
• An account cannot be opened in the name of a third party.
• Providing false information at registration may result in account cancellation.

2.3 Verification Process

fo999 follows KYC (Know Your Customer) policy. Before a withdrawal or for security reasons, we may request your national ID card, passport or other government-issued documents to verify your identity. Failure to complete verification may result in delayed or suspended transactions.

3Account Security and Responsibility

You are fully responsible for ensuring the security of your fo999 account. Always keep your login details, password and verification codes confidential.

3.1 Password Protection

• Use a strong password that includes letters, numbers and special characters.
• Never share your password with anyone else.
• Change your password regularly and do not use the same password elsewhere.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activity carried out under your account. fo999 will not be held liable for misuse of your account, access by a third party or any resulting loss, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by our own negligence.

4Financial Transactions and Payments

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on fo999 is ৳300 (three hundred taka). This same minimum limit applies to all payment methods. The platform currently supports the following mobile banking methods:

• Rocket
• Upay

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to network issues, please contact our support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Policy

• All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• Full KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until any active bonus wagering requirements on the account are met.
• A bank account or mobile banking number can only be linked to one fo999 account.
• If fraud is suspected, we may suspend transactions and conduct an investigation.

4.4 Third-Party Payments

Depositing funds into fo999 using another person's mobile banking account is strictly prohibited. If a third-party transaction is discovered, the account will be suspended immediately and the amount may be forfeited.

5Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, you must select the applicable bonus code or offer at the time of your first deposit after registration.

5.2 Wagering or Rollover Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x) the total amount (deposit + bonus). For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus (total ৳2,000). To become eligible for withdrawal, you must place bets worth ৳20,000 (20,000 = 2,000 × 10).

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each user may not claim any single bonus offer more than once.
• If a bonus is not used within a specified time after being awarded, it will expire.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is possible only after the wagering requirements are met.
• fo999 reserves the right to change or discontinue the bonus program at any time.
• If an attempt to claim a bonus through fraudulent means is detected, the account will be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

The fo999 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze tier: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver tier: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold tier: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

You can be promoted to higher tiers through regular play. VIP members receive additional benefits, exclusive offers and priority support.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fo999 platform. Violating these rules may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing artificial bets (arbitrage betting) with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Using fraudulent software, bots, automated systems or any technical manipulation.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Stealing another user's information or using it in a fraudulent manner.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or access them without authorization.
• Assisting a person under 21 years of age to gamble or allowing them to use your account.
• Misusing the fo999 name or brand to mislead third parties.

7Responsible Gaming

• The trademarks and software of game provider companies (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.) are protected under their own intellectual property rights.
• Limited use of the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.

9Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Limitations

9.2 Betting Outcomes

Gaming and betting results depend entirely on a Random Number Generator (RNG) or the actual outcome of live events. fo999 bears no responsibility for any financial loss resulting from a user's own betting decisions.

9.3 Technical Errors

If an incorrect payment or credit occurs due to a technical error, fo999 reserves the right to correct it and the overpaid amount will be recovered. Users may not claim compensation in such cases.

11Account Closure and Termination

11.1 Closure at the User's Request

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, please ensure that:

• All active bets have been settled.
• The available balance has been withdrawn (subject to wagering requirements).
• There are no pending transactions.

11.2 Closure at fo999's Initiative

fo999 may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Directives from regulatory authorities.
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).

In the case of permanent closure, if the balance is found to be legitimate, it will be returned. In cases of fraud, the entire balance may be forfeited.

• Sending a message to your registered email address or mobile number.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with any change, please request to close your account.
